Do I need to register a company?
No. Orla operates as merchant of record — we handle VAT on customer sales, fulfillment, and support. You focus on your brand and audience. You still handle personal income tax on your commission in your own country.
How and when do I get paid?
You keep 70% of the profit on every sale. You can also create product bundles on the platform so customers buy more than one product in an order — same 70% math per product, higher profit per order. Payouts are sent bi-weekly by bank transfer (IBAN) — no need to invoice or chase payments yourself.
Can I sell product bundles?
Yes. On the platform you can create product bundles from catalog SKUs and offer multi-product sets in your store. Each product still uses the same profit split; bundles simply help increase what a customer buys in one order.
What does it cost to join?
Joining the waitlist is free. There are no upfront fees, no MOQ, and no inventory to buy. You earn when your customers buy.
Do I need to buy inventory upfront?
No. Every order is made and fulfilled on demand. You never buy stock or meet minimum order quantities.
Who handles VAT and customer support?
Orla collects and remits VAT on customer sales, answers order emails, and handles returns. You do not run a back-office operation.

How fast do orders ship?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery is 1–2 business days in Germany and 2–5 business days across the EU mainland, Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland.
Who pays for shipping?
Your customers pay shipping at checkout. The cost depends on the carrier and destination country — you never subsidize delivery out of your commission.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the EU mainland, Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland. Shipping outside that zone (for example the US or Canada) is not available yet.
What carriers do you use?
We ship with DHL and UPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on the order.
